Dona Niswonger

Dona is a lifelong Daytonian. With over 36 years of experience in the industry, Dona can answer your questions, explain the loan process, examine different loans options and ultimately assist you in finding the mortgage that best fits your family’s needs and goals.

Dona is past President of the Dayton Home Builders Association and sits on the National Home Builders Finance Committee. Her knowledge of new construction, real estate and mortgage lending is an invaluable asset. Her work ethic has led to many accolades including being consistently recognized as one of the top Loan Officers in the Miami Valley. She was the 2019 recipient of the Dayton Business Journal’s “Who’s Who in Real Estate.”

Giving back to the community has always been a priority and passion for Dona. After serving on several Boards and volunteering for a variety of nonprofits, in 2002 Dona founded the “Dancing with the Dayton Stars, Valentine’s Day Dance Benefitting A Special Wish Foundation.” She continues to Chair this event, raising over $900,000 to date. Dona is active at her Church and volunteers with nonprofits throughout the Miami Valley.
