This is the third house I have purchased in my lifetime and this was absolutely the most pleasant experience I have ever had. The purchase of a home is a very stressful event but Nicole made the mortgage portion of my purchase very easy.

The team worked effortlessly to ensure my loan process went smoothly. Nicole was the reason why I was at ease and confident the process would be without issues and was at the best possible, lowest rate.

I know we had a difficult loan to fund since I am an Independent Contractor and things had changed in the past few months due to Covid 19 so it took more time to make sure and ensure we were a safe family to give a loan to. But Nicole and her team worked through all of it with ease. 

I was was very satisfied with the entire home loan experience, start to finish 18 days. It was all about the team that I had. Nicole and my Agent Lynne were great, they worked as one team and results were amazing. As long as you provide everything that is needed you can expect fast results. That’s how my loan process was super fast. I was happy about the whole process. Again it was all Nicole who made this happen as she is a true professional and provides the knowledge about products available. She is beyond anyone I've ever met.
