Nathan Sibbet joined the mortgage industry in June 2004 when he began working as Loan Consultant. Over the course of 18 years, he has helped over 4,000 families purchase homes or save money through refinancing. During this time, he has earned several top production awards in sales including 12 years of Presidents Club/Chairman’s Elite Club (Top 1% of loan originators in the country) from 2010-to 2021.

Serving a client in what can be an arduous, complicated process of home buying and making the experience the best it can be is one of Nathan’s daily goals.

Nathan is the father of two boys, Benny and Ari, and is happily married to his wife, Koy. He is a native of Sacramento, so he knows the Sacramento Area real estate market well. While helping clients into homes is one of his passions, he enjoys attending music concerts, skiing and taking time off to spend with his family.
