Our CEO, Anthony Hsieh, founded the company under the premise that our #TeamloanDepot associates are our most important asset and our strongest competitive advantage. As part of that commitment, our leaders are continually looking for career advancement opportunities for their teams.

Aces-Computers Additionally, #TeamloanDepot associates are supported with ongoing educational opportunities, including Accelerated Career in Effective Sales (ACES) for our mortgage bankers and Successful Enterprise Learning Environment Career Training (SELECT) for our processing superstars. These courses are offered to select #TeamloanDepot associates and new hires at no cost to them.

This week, over 30 eager #TeamloanDepot associates from our Arizona office began preparing for their careers in mortgage banking in our first-ever ACES Arizona class. The rigorous curriculum will empower them with enhanced skills and support – all with a focus on technology – which, as our CEO strongly believes, will be the industry’s ultimate game-changer.
