During a recent CEO Connect at our Tech campus, I talked about our upcoming multi-million dollar national ad campaign that will launch this spring. I was asked if we planned to make our commitment to ethics part of our brand messaging.

In my response to the team, I shared advice that I received from my little league coach years ago. "Anthony," he said, "don't ever start a statement with 'I'm going to be honest with you,' Because all it does is call into question whether you were being honest before."
