Shifting Mortgage Origination Landscape - Tuesday, March 7th - 11:00 – 11:50 a.m. Sullivan will be joined by other executives to discuss current market shifts of mortgage originations from traditional banks to non-bank lenders.  Moderator Michael Dente of Goldman Sachs will be guiding the discussion as to why this change is happening and what the origination split means for banks and non-banks.

The Latest Techniques in Identify Verification – Tuesday, March 7th - 4:00 – 4:40 p.m.  Marchetti will be part of a lively discussion on how new technologies are impacting the underwriting space for verifying borrowers. Highlights are sure to include artificial-intelligence tools that are enabling lenders and credit bureaus to find more efficient and secure methods to underwrite loans.
