While our #TeamloanDepot family has grown significantly over the past year, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to our associates by maintaining a strong corporate culture that celebrates success.
One of the many ways we say thank you to our employees for their dedication, passion and focus in assisting responsible borrowers achieve their dreams, is through regular celebratory excursions and events throughout the year.
In 2015, this included many days where #TeamloanDepot enjoyed food, fun and fishing. Top performers from our Operations, Management, Sales, Funding, Training, Recruiting and Processing teams enjoyed many exciting deep sea and harbor outings aboard Bad Company, a 100-foot yacht outfitted with state-of-the-art technology and deep sea fishing equipment. The excursions took #TeamloanDepot to the pristine waters of Cabo San Lucas in Mexico, Catalina Island off the coast of sunny Southern California, and out and around Newport Beach, CA. Captained by world-renowned game fishing expert Steve Lassley, #TeamloanDepot super stars snagged Dorado, Tuna and Yellow Tail and brought back quite a few fun 'fishy' tales.
The suite also has served as a focal point for community giving, enabling us to give the gift of memories to many Southern California non-profit groups. Recently, we were honored to host young patients from CHOC Children’s Hospital to the Disney on Ice extravaganza. We also treated a group from the Orange County Rescue Mission to a motivational conference at the Honda Center.
At loanDepot, while we do work hard, we also make sure time is reserved to celebrate our team successes and achievements. Making memories and sharing well-deserved accolades with fellow #TeamloanDepot associates and our local community groups is a vital part of what makes our corporate culture unique and special. It also contributes to what made us a Top Workplace in Orange County in 2015, 2014, 2013 and 2012, and in Tennessee in 2015.
As 2015 draws to a close, we look forward to celebrating many more milestones with #TeamloanDepot on the ocean and at the Honda Center. We also hope to share many more events with our community family so they too can share in the joy these events bring.
