Aaron Stroud

Aaron joined loanDepot in January of 2018 with over 17 years of experience. Prior to coming onboard, he worked as a Branch Manager and Area Manager for Ameriquest Mortgage Company, Sales and Branch Manager for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, and now serves as a Branch Manager the loanDepot Granite Bay branch. Due to his continual commitment, Aaron received the Branch Manager of the Year Award at Ameriquest Mortgage, and became the winner of the Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Sales Conference each year from 2012-2017.

Aaron is excited to apply his problem solving and customer service skills to help his borrowers realize their homeownership dreams. Whether they are a first-time homebuyer, or a savvy investor, Aaron will match the best loan product with his clients’ financial objectives. Outside of work, Aaron enjoys kayaking, mountain biking, golfing, cooking, and going to the gym. His charitable efforts include volunteer work for “Adopt a Family” through AREAA, and Rancho Cordova and Sacramento food banks.
