I'm Avery Walsh, a Mortgage Loan Originator with nearly 4 years of experience at U.S. Bank Home Mortgage. Before this, I pursued a Bachelor's Degree at Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida, while also contributing to the development of the world's first "pre-swimming lotion." My inspiration stems from witnessing my family and friends strive towards their goals daily, motivating me to be the best version of myself. Guiding individuals through our First Time Buyer Programs brings me immense joy, knowing I can support them in this significant milestone. What I cherish most is helping customers navigate the complexities of homeownership, ensuring transparency and building lasting relationships. Outside of work, I am dedicated to beach cleanups and plastic pollution initiatives, reflecting my passion for preserving our oceans. My diverse experiences, from global travels to surfing, have instilled in me values of respect, independence, and survival, shaping how I approach my objectives. In my spare time, I enjoy surfing, offshore fishing, mountain biking, snowboarding, and exploring new destinations.
