I’m David Lavar Jacobs, and I have over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry. My journey has taken me through various esteemed companies, including SecurityNational Mortgage Company, where I served as a Branch Manager, and Southeast Mortgage, where I managed Builder Business. My passion for helping others achieve their dreams of homeownership drives me every day. I draw inspiration from my family, who constantly remind me to strive for my best. Their unwavering support fuels my determination to grow and reach new heights, and I hope to instill the same values in my boys. I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to own a home, and I am committed to making that dream a reality for my clients. What I enjoy most about my work is guiding customers through the mortgage process. It’s not just a job for me; it’s a passion. I strive to make the experience as smooth as possible, allowing my clients to focus on the excitement of finding their perfect home. For many, this is the biggest investment they will make in their lives, and I want to ensure it is as stress-free as possible.

In addition to my professional life, I stay connected to my first love—football—by coaching in my community. As the defensive line coach at Blessed Trinity, I have the privilege of mentoring young men, helping them reach their full potential while instilling a team-first mentality. Born and raised in Atlanta, I graduated from Westlake High School and went on to play football at The University of Georgia in Athens. Having moved around quite a bit during my childhood, I understand the importance of stability and comfort in a home, which is why I am dedicated to helping others find that same sense of security.
