My wife and I were recommended Dean at what felt like the last moment to get our dream home. We had been working with another lender who gave us bad advice about lowering our combined DTI, which left us deeper in the hole and nowhere close to loan commitment. Dean gave us great advice and alternatives that helped us fund our purchase. We got my parents involved in cosigning for the loan, they have great credit but are not tech savvy. Dean made sure my dad understood everything he was signing and got us a loan commitment before Hanukkah! He's great under pressure. We are ever so grateful.

My roommate also used Dean and his team. She had the same experience. I will never use another loan officer. Dean is who you want on your side.
