Doug Weber

I’m Doug Weber, and I’ve been a loan officer for over 22 years, navigating both the banking and broker sides of the mortgage industry. My passion lies in helping clients achieve their dream of homeownership, and I find inspiration daily from my family and the opportunity to make a positive impact in people's lives. I specialize in conventional, FHA, and VA loans, and what I enjoy most about my work is witnessing the joy and relief on my clients' faces when they reach their homeownership goals. It’s a rewarding experience that drives me to give my best every day. Outside of work, I dedicate time to volunteer with individuals struggling with addictions, helping them find paths to healing and recovery. When I’m not working or volunteering, you can find me enjoying quality time with my family at the beach or in the beautiful White Mountains. I love hiking throughout Arizona and am a huge sports fan, particularly of football, baseball, and NASCAR. I also enjoy exploring new restaurants and trying different cuisines. As I often say, "Helping others achieve their dreams of homeownership is not just my job; it’s my passion."
