About Diana
I’m Diana Zarate, a passionate mortgage originator with over a decade of experience in the mortgage industry and 15 years in banking, primarily with a credit union background. My journey has allowed me to step into a mentoring role for new loan officers and tellers, where I focused on cross-training and sales. Every day, I draw inspiration from my family—my two boys, ages 7 and 10, keep me busy and motivated. We love to travel and immerse ourselves in different cultures, which enriches our lives and perspectives. I specialize in working with VA, USDA, and first-time home buyers, and I take pride in educating my borrowers throughout the process.
With a double bachelor's degree in Spanish Literature and Social Behavior Science from the University of Arizona, I am fluent in Spanish, which allows me to connect with clients who prefer to discuss their options in their native language. I believe in customizing each interaction to align with my clients' unique goals and needs. What I enjoy most about my work is the satisfaction of helping people achieve their dreams of homeownership and financial freedom. I also actively volunteer in my community, including coaching my child's football team and previously serving as the chair of the Tucson Association of Realtor’s Young Professional Network.
