Eric Heinrich

Eric joined loanDepot in October of 2007 bringing with him over 20 years of experience in mortgage banking, sales, and management. Eric is one of only four officers in the state of Massachusetts who has earned the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB) Certified Residential Mortgage Specialist (CRMS) designation. The CRMS designation is earned by completing a rigorous list of requirements, including ongoing continuing education and recertification within three years. Eric was recently ranked in the Top 1% of Mortgage Originators in the country for 2012 as listed in Mortgage Executive Magazine.
 
Eric specializes in all types of loan transactions, while focusing on first-time buyers, MassHousing, FHA, and 203(k)mortgage loan programs. His business is done 100% by word of mouth and referral, which is a testament to the amount of time and care he takes with each client to recognize, identify and address their specific budget and financing needs.
 
Before, during and after the mortgage process, Eric works with and on behalf of his clients as a resource most notably in the area of referrals as needed to excellent attorneys, realtors, financial planners, and even landscapers or contractors. He is also a vocal advocate for appropriate personal budgeting and goal setting.
 
Eric is also a licensed club racer and driving instructor with the Sports car Club of America and the BMW Car Club of America. He currently holds over a dozen different track records at numerous race tracks in North America, is a current BMW Club Racing national champion and was awarded the SCCA Jim Fitzgerald Rookie of the Year Award for the driver showing the greatest promise. He is a high performance driving skills instructor with the Sports Car Driving Association, the SCCA and the BMW CCA Club Racing School program.
