I’m Giovanni Gutierrez, a passionate mortgage originator at Premier Mortgage Resources. Although I just became a lender this year, my journey in the industry began long before that. Growing up with both of my parents as real estate agents, I spent countless hours attending open houses and showings. Their dedication to the business, especially my mother’s, has profoundly shaped my understanding of the industry. She has been a beacon of resilience, rebuilding her career after facing significant challenges, and her journey inspires me every day.

I primarily work with first-time homebuyers, and I understand the unique challenges they face, especially those with limited income.
