About Gina
Georgina (Gina) Sanchez has a mortgage background spanning over 24 years. She finds daily inspiration in God, family, friends, and the satisfaction of helping her clients achieve their dreams of homeownership. Georgina takes pride in the fact that many of her new clients come from referrals, and she loves hearing from past clients who refer to her as their trusted home loan expert. Guiding and informing her clients through the loan process, from qualification to closing, is what Georgina enjoys most about her work. Throughout her career, she has helped thousands of individuals and families buy their first homes, move up or down, and start their real estate investment portfolios. Specializing in programs for first-time homebuyers, as well as FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional financing, Georgina is bilingual in English and Spanish. In addition to her professional endeavors, she is an active member of NAHREP and volunteers at her church, Good Shepherd Catholic Parish of Visalia.
