Background:  A native of Sonoma County, Gary is a father of five and hails from a real estate family.  He has a diverse 30-year background in Finance, Consulting, Sales and Executive Leadership. Gary began his career as a CPA with Ernst & Young after earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance & Accounting from U.C. Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.  

As a successful financial consultant to clients ranging from local companies to the Fortune 500, Gary specialized in devising and implementing innovative financial strategies to enable growth. In 2003, Gary became CEO of a growing North Bay business service company, helping them to triple in size in seven years.  He then utilized his skills to advise and mentor fellow North Bay businesses on how to manage change strategically so they could thrive and grow.  For the last four years, Gary has been proud to put that expertise to work for homeowners, and aspiring homeowners, every day.
