About Jamal
Jamal joined loanDepot in January of 2018 and brings 16 years of mortgage experience to all his clients and industry associates as his commitment to excellence, education, reputation, collaboration, transparency and integrity endures. “I think what is different about me is that I am extremely passionate about what I do as I help finance the American dream. I work for the customer every day.”
Previously, Jamal had been employed by Wells Fargo Home Mortgage where he had been recognized as a Leader’s Club Member, top 2% originator, from 2015 through 2017.
Jamal’s commitment to education never waivers. Jamal graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, and then went on to obtain an MBA from Drexel University. “Not one person can take away what you learn from an experience and for this reason, I am dedicated to educating myself while passing this knowledge on to my clients. Buying a home is likely the largest investment you will make in your lifetime; for this reason, I ensure my clients’ are fully educated through the home buying journey.”
Whether you are a first-time homebuyer, or a savvy investor, Jamal will work hard to walk you through the entire transaction from start to finish. One of the most rewarding parts of his job is finding the right solutions to accommodate his client’s financial objectives. Setting the path to homeownership for those who did not find it possible is what drives him each day.
In his free time, Jamal enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and daughter. He enjoys challenges, exercise and playing team sports. He also appreciates traveling and learning from other cultures.
