Jenny went out of her way to help us. We were very impressed that she responded promptly to our questions even when she was on vacation. She also sent the final closing disclosure at 1:45 AM because she wanted to be sure I had it when I got up that morning. Who does that? Thank you, Jenny!

I recently closed with Jenny, which would be my... 5th or 6th (I think?) transaction with loanDepot. I cannot put into words how great it is working with loanDepot. Typically, I work with Jill Donovan from Arizona, but moving to CO, we had to find soene else. Jilly gave us Jenny's name, and I have to say... I couldnt be more happy. She was excellent to work with throughout this process, answered all of my questions, and was very communicative. Normally, you have to resend documents multiple times, but Jenny worked with Jill to get many of my documents from our last transaction and never asked for the same document more than once. I just wanted to send feedback about how great our experience was.
