Jenna Stone

My wife and I found the perfect home for our family.  Paige Brown our agent recommended that we talk to Jenna Stone about qualifying to be able to buy our dream home.  I'll always remember the first time that I spoke with Jenna about coming in to discuss the possibility.  Right of the bat I could tell how much she cared and wanted to help me buy my dream home for my wife and kiddos.  I've been in customer service and management for years and pick up when someone genuinely wants to do everything they can to make it happen and its' Jenna.  I came in to talk with her with everything that was needed to progress the process along with the thousand questions that I had.  I had questions to ask her at all times day and night and weekends when a question or thought popped in my head.  She would call me or text me right away with the answer and was so sweet every time I needed something.  Her knowledge of this business and process was very evident.  It's rare these days to meet someone who is willing to go above and beyond to help you with anything.  She was always happy to talk to me when I called or had questions.  I have made a lifelong friend with Jenna, her business acumen, people skills, genuinely caring for me and my family's best interest has meant the world to me.  She is a huge asset to loanDepot and I will let everyone I know when buying a home to come see her.  It takes a lot to impress me and how she was there for me day or night, her knowledge of everything, her upbeat and caringness of me has meant the world to me and my family.  She has made this process like a seamless, stress free dream come true.  I will always be thankful and appreciative of everything that she has done for me.  It's refreshing to meet someone who does things like I would do things, and it's rare.
