As first time homebuyers, refinancing our home was a little scary. From the very beginning our Loan Consultant, Johnny Hiser, walked us through all of our options and helped guide us to the best decision for our family. Throughout the process Johnny was accessible, patient, and knowledgeable about all of our questions regarding our refinance. Even though Johnny was handling numerous clients during our refinance, we always felt like he made time for us! We don't want to work with anyone else but Johnny!
