As a dedicated Mortgage Loan Officer, I bring a wealth of experience from my time at Franklin Credit Management, where I specialized in loss mitigation. My role involved negotiating short sales and reviewing accounts for loan modifications, which has equipped me with a strong foundation in real estate finance and a deep understanding of borrower needs. I am passionate about making a meaningful impact on people’s lives by helping them achieve homeownership. Every day, I am inspired by the opportunity to guide clients through one of the most significant financial decisions they will ever make. My family motivates me to stay focused and committed, as I strive to provide them with a better future and set an example of hard work and discipline. I am particularly focused on serving first-time homebuyers and the Hispanic/Latino community. With a keen interest in FHA loans and flexible conventional loan programs, I work closely with my experienced branch manager to ensure my clients receive the best guidance tailored to their needs. What I enjoy most about my role is simplifying the homebuying process for my clients. I take pride in building trust and ensuring they feel confident every step of the way. Seeing the excitement on their faces when they close on their home makes all the hard work worth it. I am also committed to my community, helping individuals navigate financial decisions related to homeownership. As a proud father of three—Mason, Ryan, and Camila—I look forward to contributing to youth programs and homebuyer education initiatives.
