About Joshua
Joshua started in the mortgage business right out of college. He didn’t know much about the industry, but he knew that loans were the backbone of the economy, and he wanted to be a part of something important. Seventeen years later, he loves working in the industry. He specializes in FHA loans, VA loans, self-employed and first-time homebuyers. He’s been awarded Chairman’s Elite Club every year since 2014. He prides himself in clearly and concisely conveying expectations to his clients as he works hard to figure out solutions for them. He handles 200+ transactions a year.
Outside of work, Joshua likes golf, ‘50s R&B, old records, being a dad, and spending time with his 95-year-old grandfather. He’s run the JM Foundation with his wife since 2009; this foundation helps underserved people in their community with food, school supplies, clothing, bills and more.
