Jocelyn Morton

Jocelyn is the best loan officer i've ever came across. A few things I value a lot out of her. 1: She shares knowledge and takes time out of her day to teach us the process and "loan terminology." I think this is what separates her from most others. Majority of other lenders wouldnt take the time to teach their clients, but her doing so instills more trust in her which is what made me initially go with her. 2: She is ON IT. Jocelyn is lightning quick. She will get back to us with answers to our questions early in the morning, late at night, and even weekends. She does not have to respond during those hours but she does and it doesnt go unnoticed. It makes us appreciate how she goes out of her way to make her customers happy. 3: she keeps it real. Jocelyn provides a no B.S experience. Very honest. Please share this review with her and her manager. Yousef and Layla (her clients), for as long as we remain in AZ or whichever other states she practices in, will ONLY go thru Jocelyn for a loan for as long as she continues lending.
