About Josh
I have been in the mortgage industry for 25 years, working with nationwide lenders, local lenders, banks, and wholesale lenders since 1999. What inspires me daily is being able to make a huge difference in my customer's and business partners' lives to take care of my family. My preferred areas of expertise include first-time buyers, VA, FHA, Conventional, Cash Out, and Investment properties. The most rewarding part of helping customers is knowing that they are unlikely to work with someone else for such a significant financial transaction. In my spare time, I coach my daughter's softball teams. I enjoy sharing my deep industry knowledge with clients to help them make informed decisions easily.
