About Kirk
Kirk has been in the mortgage industry for eight years. Right after graduating from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville with a Bachelor of Science in microbiology, he began working as an assistant for his father, Greg DeMars, who had been in the business over 20 years. He quickly found out that lending was in his blood!
After a year and a half as a production assistant at a home lending company, he became a loan originator. What made him realize he truly loved the business was when he helped a few close friends get into their first home and saw the positive impact it had on them. Now, he focuses on approaching every customer with the same attention, care, and level of detail he provided his closest friends. Building relationships with his customers is so important to him.
