Kristin Hanson was the most wonderful part of our buying experience. Her dedication and hard work meant the world to me and my wife. She was as detailed and precise as she is nice and warm. She made us feel comfortable and we knew we could trust her with our loan. Because of all her effort and determination, me and my wife have the home of our dreams. She did not cut any corners and worked hard and long, for that, we are forever in her debt. Thank you to all who had a hand in putting us into this home and thank you from the bottom of my heart to Kristin, she was the tip of the spear during this whole thing. She cared as much as we did about getting into our new home. Not enough words are available to express my gratitude. So with that being said, Thank You for making our dreams come true. I will absolutely refer people if they are in the market for a new home and I will only refer them to loanDepot.

Yesterday, I invited a close friend to view my new home that we just closed the day before. Knowing my closefriend was also looking for a home to buy, I mentioned to her that working with loanDepot was easy-peasy.Knowing her husband to be retired military and currently working for the police department, loanDepot wouldwork for and with them, no problems. The "ONE STOP" shopping with loanDepot was a God sent, due to VAprocessing which I didn't have to deal with (Because Ideal with them on a daily bases due to my medicalissues). I also, mentioned that from the choosing of our LGI Home to closing, it took two to three weeks ordefinitely less than a month (I wasn't counting and if things needed to be done or signed on our end we held theprocess back due to our untimely attention). I would like to thank Mrs. Kristin Hanson for all her hard work withcalls, notifying us of emails sent and what our choices on how to expedite paperwork, and updating us on thewhole leading process.

Awesome! The whole process was easier than buying a car. Kristen was great she explained everything and answered all of our questions quickly and kept us informed on everything that was going on through our home financing. I would recommend you to anyone who is thinking about buying a new home.

It was a delight to work with Kristin. She was a phone call or text away and if for some reason I could not get a hold of her she returned my call incredibly quick. We never had any problems from her end, she would send any papers quickly and when we had problems from other areas, she helped us get them solved.She did not try to push us into a loan that was above our budget. We had a specific amount we wanted to spend and she never pushed for us to go higher.I have already recommended her to family members and friends and would recommend her to anyone who is looking to purchase a home.
