Kim is professional, efficient and is a great communicator. This is the first big purchase my mom made as a widow and Kim put her at ease and was very patient. Kimberly was excellent to work with, confident in her knowledge of lending for Hawaiian property purchases. There are nuances when purchasing property on the island and its important to work with a local lender who understands how it all works. In addition to that, Kimberly is also personable, has your back throughout the entire process to get you where you need to be. I did compare rates and numbers and she was by far the best and wasn't pushy about it too - I liked that. She also has a great team to work with, response, organized and hardworking to make things happen on time. Kim recently handled our home mortgage loan. I have purchased several homes in my lifetime, and Kim is – without question – the most professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and caring lender representative with whom I have ever dealt. We went through several other lenders with mediocre to poor experiences before we were, thankfully, referred to Kim by our real estate agent. She was able to do what no one else did – find a loan program that met our needs. At every step of the process, Kim handled herself with the utmost professionalism and provided us with clear information so that we were not left wondering as to next steps. Kim’s work culminated in getting up extremely early in the morning on the day prior to closing to ensure that our loan funded on time. Throughout this process, Kim has truly gone above and beyond.
