About Melinda
Melinda A. Munoz is a dedicated mortgage originator with 28 years of experience in the industry, having begun her career as a processor. Over the years, she has honed her expertise at esteemed institutions such as Gateway Mortgage, Wells Fargo, Union Home Mortgage, and Countrywide. Melinda is particularly passionate about assisting first-time homebuyers, FHA, conventional loans, and investment clients, finding immense joy in guiding her clients through the home-buying process. As a Texas native, born and raised, Melinda draws inspiration from her three children. Her eldest serves in the Navy, her middle child is pursuing studies at Texas State University, and her youngest, who faces unique challenges on the spectrum, brings humor and joy to their family.
Melinda is deeply moved by the trust her clients place in her, especially those who return for her services time and again.
