About Maria
I’m Maria Workman, a passionate mortgage originator with over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. My journey began at H & R Block as an Enrolled Agent, where I honed my skills for 15 years. I then transitioned to mortgage lending, serving as a Loan Officer at Logix Federal Credit Union for several years, followed by roles at Home 123 Mortgage and First Pacific Mortgage. What inspires me daily are my family, fitness, fun, food, and the pursuit of good finances. I take great pride in helping first-time homebuyers and guiding clients through purchases and debt consolidation. There’s nothing more rewarding than assisting my customers in achieving their financial goals and dreams. I’m also deeply committed to my community. I currently serve as the Treasurer for Soroptimist International of Channel Islands and have been an active member for seven years. Additionally, I’ve been involved with the Channel Islands Gulls for eight years and the American Legion Auxiliary.
