I’m Nichole D. Franklin, and I’m excited to embark on my journey in the mortgage industry. Although I am new to this field, I bring with me 25 years of experience in finance and business operations, having served as Chief Financial Officer for various non-profit organizations. My background has equipped me with a strong foundation to help clients navigate the mortgage process. What inspires me daily is witnessing individuals set ambitious goals, work diligently towards them, and ultimately achieve their dreams. There’s something incredibly fulfilling about being part of that journey. I am particularly passionate about assisting first-time homebuyers, as I believe that homeownership is a significant milestone. One of my primary focuses will be to develop a robust first-time homebuyer product that meets their unique needs. I find immense joy in helping others realize their personal and professional aspirations. Seeing my clients’ dreams come true is what drives me to excel in my role. As I continue to grow in this industry, I look forward to making a positive impact in the lives of those I serve.
