Nichole is the most excellent Loan Consultant.  She exhibited extreme patience even when I was difficult to deal with.  Nichole has excellent interpersonal skills and it’s wonderful dealing with a consultant with such a high level of expertise and consideration. I would  proudly refer Nichole Renteria to anyone in need of a home loan.  She is extremely knowledgeable and tactful.

Nichole has been a joy to work with.  I initially connected with Nichole when I was looking for a vacation home in Las Vegas last winter.  I was doing all this remotely from California and Nichole not only help connect me with a local real estate agent but was helpful providing information on various nuances of the Las Vegas market.  She has always been very responsive.  This year she has helped me refinance two separate properties (CA & NV).

Nichole and Adel kept me in the loop of the status of myapplication the whole way. If I had any questions they were quick to give me the answers and very accommodating of my situation. I had to come to Afghanistan for work and they still made my transaction happen. I will always use them for my lending needs.

Nichole and her staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Buying a home is not always a pleasant experience, but Nichole's team was very helpful and got me through the difficult parts with minimal stress. Would use them again, gladly! Cannot thank them enough!
