Nikki Simon

Nikki joined loanDepot in 2019, bringing a wealth of knowledge acquired over the last two decades. Her background includes holding a variety of management positions, which consisted of leading loan processors, loan officers, branches and warehouse lines for mortgage companies. She has been named “Top Producer”, Member of the “Million Dollar Club”, and recognized with the “Customer Loyalty” and “Top 10 Builder Home Mortgage Consultant” awards.

Nikki chose a career in the mortgage business after going through her own home purchase experience. She realized just how complex the process can be for most borrowers. That’s why as an originator she ensures to thoroughly educate her clients on all available options and walks them from application to closing so that they feel empowered in the process. Helping others realize their homeownership dream is something she finds rewarding in her daily work.

Nikki is active with the Midwestern Ohio Association Realtors and Miami County Homebuilders Association. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, sprint car racing, playing golf, and gardening. She has been married to Steve for over three decades and they have two adult children Kendra and Kyle.
