Rekhshan Hyder

Rekhshan Hyder is a mortgage professional with a wealth of experience in the industry. Having joined in 2008, Rekhshan has worked with various banks and mortgage companies, including JV MTH Mortgage, where they gained a deep understanding of new construction. With expertise in Conventional, Government, VA, and Jumbo loans, Rekhshan is well-equipped to assist clients in finding the right mortgage solution for their needs. What inspires Rekhshan daily is their passion for helping people become homeowners, which stems from their upbringing in the Middle East, where property ownership was restricted for foreigners. This personal experience drives Rekhshan to make homeownership accessible to others in their community. One of the aspects they enjoy most about helping customers is listening to their backgrounds and understanding the significance of homeownership to them. Rekhshan has a particular affinity for first-time homebuyers and has successfully assisted many in overcoming credit issues. Outside of work, Rekhshan is actively involved in their community, serving as a leader in the Women's Collaborative Networking Chapter in Durham and participating in various Indian community organizations.
