Rob Kipnis

With over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Rob Kipnis is one of South Jersey's finest loan officers. Growing up, his father made a career in mortgage banking. Rob always knew that he would eventually follow in his footsteps. After earning a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado, he dedicated his career to helping individuals in his surrounding communities achieve the dream of homeownership. His extensive knowledge and expertise earned him management positions, as well as recognition as a top producer year-after-year. Recently in October 2015, Rob joined loanDepot - the second largest nonbank retail lender in the country.

Whether working with first time home buyers, seasoned home owners, realtors or builders, Rob is educated on the home loan options that exist to make each of his clients confident in each transaction they complete with him. His success is attributed to his ability to exceed client expectations, carefully listen and understand client goals, clearly communicate and deliver competitive interest rates with loan programs that perfectly fits his clients' needs.

When he's not helping his clients, Rob is a proud husband and father of three children and enjoys obstacle and adventure runs, triathlons, skiing, snowboarding and surfing.
