100% I would work with Scott again. He is very knowledgeable about different types of loans, any limitations/restrictions, and about the entire process each step of the way. He is super responsive to FB messenger, email, text, and phone. He is willing to give you estimated payment amounts for houses before the showing, that way you know if it is within your budget. He has many loan options, including conventional, VA, FHA, FHA rehab, etc. The interest rate and down payment for my loan were both lower than expected. I would never go to another loan officer again.

I got a better interest rate, his team was very helpful in getting all the information together, and we still closed on time with zero issues!
