On behalf of my wife and me, we would like to commend Shawna Oakley and loanDepot for a job well done. We were recently involved in a loan process with another lender where we learned one week prior to the close date that the loan would not move forward to closing. To fulfill contractual obligations with our home builder, we were faced with an immediate need for someone to take over and successfully close the loan. loanDepot was recommended to us and responded in exemplary fashion. From initial contact with loanDepot, we closed in less than 30 days. In order to accomplish this, we felt loanDepot had to go above and beyond the call of duty. Given a list of items required for the loan process and a timeline in which to expect milestones to occur, the entire process appeared as if it were scripted. In short, the loanDepot truly left a lasting impression on us by way of their character and professionalism. We highly recommend Shawna and loanDepot.
