Spencer Davis

I’m Spencer Davis, and I’ve been passionate about the mortgage industry since I began my journey as a loan originator in 2006. Over the years, I’ve progressed through various roles, from a producing sales manager to my current position as a producing branch manager here at LD. Each step has deepened my commitment to helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams. What inspires me daily is the opportunity to work alongside my incredible team, our business partners, and, most importantly, our clients. Human interaction is the highlight of my day, and I thrive on helping our clients navigate the mortgage process. I particularly enjoy working with first-time homebuyers; their excitement is contagious, and I love being part of their journey. I believe in the power of education throughout the mortgage process. It’s essential for my clients to understand their options and the pros and cons of each. I strive to ensure that no one ever feels uncertain about their choices. I want my clients to feel empowered to ask questions and make informed decisions.

Outside of work, I’m a devoted husband and father of six, with four boys who are all passionate baseball players. Coaching them has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. I also enjoy volunteering in my community, coaching youth baseball for over a decade and facilitating Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University at my local church. In my free time, I’m an avid triathlete, having completed several triathlons, including two full-distance Ironman races. I also love snowboarding in the winter and surfing in the summer whenever I can make it to the beach.
