Tom Gates

Tom was a critical part of ensuring our mortgage came through to meet our 30-day closing deadline – a deadline that was crunched further by a holiday weekend. We had worked with Tom during the pre-approval process and knew after he turned around multiple pre-approval letters to accompany our offers during the search for our dream home, that we could rely on him. He provided helpful guidance during the purchase of our first home, and even delivered our mortgage letter two days in advance of our contractual obligation. My husband and I are very appreciative of Tom’s professionalism as well as our great mortgage rate!

I originated a refinance loan on January 6th, 2020, and thanks to my fantastic team, on January 16th it was given the magical CTC, “Cleared to Close”. Thanks so much for getting this done so quickly – absolutely amazing!

Closing went well (it happened digitally) and we have officially moved in! Still living in boxes but love being here. THANK YOU for all of your help and support throughout the entire process. Working with Tom and Ren on my mortgage refinancing was an absolute pleasure.  They took the time to clearly explain to me the various options available to me and the pros and cons of each.  They were patient with answering all of my questions and allowing me to check in with others to ensure the option I selected was the best for my situation and goals.  They both kept me fully informed during the process of where things stood and anything that was needed from me.  Ren was my main contact for questions and made himself available for anything that I may have raised at any time.
