Teresa Tubbs

Teresa joined loanDepot in 2018, bringing over two decades of valuable experience. Her background consists of working in many different capacities, including Branch Manager at several different banks, and successfully opening up and managing her own mortgage company. Due to her continued dedication, she recently received multiple awards, which include 2017 Top Performer (Customer Service Loyalty) and Top Sales Leader for Purchase Loans in 2016 and 2017.

Teresa originally pursued working in the mortgage industry due to her love of helping people achieve the dream of homeownership. She enjoys assisting first-time homebuyers and veterans who did not believe it was possible for them to become homeowners. Guiding her clients throughout one of the most important decisions of their lives is something she finds very rewarding.

In her free time, Teresa enjoys travel and gardening. She has been married for 37 years, and has two adult children, a 35-year-old son and a 29-year-old daughter. Her community involvement includes serving as a Member of Midwestern Ohio Association of Realtors and Miami County Homebuilders Association.
