I’m Tom Wragg, a passionate mortgage originator with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to providing exceptional, white-glove service to my clients, primarily through strong relationships with realtors both locally and across the United States. My diverse background includes roles at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Guaranteed Rate Affinity, First Choice Bank, Weichert Financial Services, and most recently, as a Branch Production Manager at Revolution Mortgage. This experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of various bank product lines and the unique advantages of working with a direct lender. Every day, I am inspired by my family and the commitment I have to my career. Supporting my family of five through hard work and dedication is central to my mission. I specialize in Jumbo loans and non-QM lending for self-employed clients, and I take pride in presenting a range of mortgage options, including Conforming, FHA, VA, Reverse Mortgages, and Renovation Lending. What I enjoy most about my work is the rewarding experience of helping clients secure financing for their homes. It’s fulfilling to find solutions for self-employed individuals or those with less-than-perfect credit. Outside of work, I am an active member of the Elks Club and cherish spending time watching my sons play sports. My family and I love skiing, hiking, and exploring new destinations, both domestically and internationally.
