Bill Cunningham joined loanDepot, LLC., in October of 2012 bringing with him over 10 years of experience in mortgage banking with regional and national lenders. As a member of the loanDepot, LLC. Team, Bill has established himself as a local market expert by creating beneficial borrower alternatives through diversified product offerings. Aside from being a highly knowledgeable loan originator in his own right, Bill also serves as the lead Production and Transaction Manager for the Christian Babcock Sales Team, operating out of Tarrytown, New York. As part of the Christian Babcock team, Bill has personally overseen and facilitated over $100,000,000 in residential mortgage closings in the past two and a half years.
