Bill Cunningham

Bill Cunningham joined loanDepot.com, LLC, in October of 2012 bringing with him over 10 years of experience in mortgage banking with regional and national lenders.   As a member of the loanDepot team, Bill has established himself as a specialist in creating beneficial borrower alternatives through diversified product offerings. Aside from being a highly knowledgeable loan originator in his own right, Bill also serves as the lead Production and Transaction Manager for the Christian Babcock Sales Team, operating out of Tarrytown, New York.  As part of the Christian Babcock team, Bill has personally overseen and facilitated over A BILLION DOLLARS in residential mortgage closings. 

Highly focused on customer service, Bill aims to make every transaction as smooth and as painless as possible, while educating each client on all aspects of the loan approval process.  Bill recognizes and appreciates that in an extremely competitive market his continued success depends entirely upon the satisfaction of his clients.
